Frie, 25, was dispatched to an address and radioed back that he had found "them" on a street corner and was proceeding to zone 7.
Killed by a single gunshot to the head, he was found about two hours later behind an elementary school. The abandoned cab was found about five hours later, Frie's empty wallet on the seat.
