Henderson, 29, was the father of daughters aged six and two.

He was last heard from at about 10:50 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 1986. Soon afterward he was discovered beside a road in Spryfield dying of multiple stab wounds.

His cab was found abandoned Sunday morning on the grounds of a school. Police were given a vague description of two male suspects in their twenties, but were unable to track them down.

Henderson, a carpenter by trade, had driven a cab for five years. He had no life insurance.
