Claude Wilson
St. Jerome, QC / Dec. 10, 1988

Wilson's body was found in a ditch along Montée Abercrombie between Ste. Sophie and St. Hippolyte. He had been shot several times. The taxi sign (roof light?) was found by the side of the road. The cab itself was later found parked at the emergency entrance of St. Jérôme Hospital.

His 26-year-old son said that Wilson had served as an alderman for St. Jérôme from 1971 to 1982. He had worked for Taxi St. Jérôme for six years. Marcel St. Louis, president of the company, called Wilson "the best driver in the gang."

An 18-year-old man was arrested for the killing.
