1H. Compensation / Insurance / Trust Funds[Projected]This page will report on means of financial support -- or the lack of them -- obtained by survivors of homicide victims. Workers compensation is a provincial responsibility and as a result the provisions of compensation legislation with respect to taxi drivers have varied from jurisdiction to jurisdiction as well as over time. Life insurance and charitable fundraising are two other sources of compensation.
