2L. Cab Theft / Vandalism / Accident[Projected]This page will analyse homicides by instances of cab theft, vandalism to cabs and instances of cabs being involved in accidents during or following an attack. Car theft has a bearing on safety devices (e.g., if the car is stolen, GPS will not help locate a wounded driver). Gratuitous vandalism is seen by police as an indicator of juvenile suspects. If an attack occurs in a moving car, bystanders are endangered if it goes out of control.
