Taxi driver shot dead

A Cape Town taxi driver was shot dead while waiting to pick up a 
customer on Thursday morning, Western Cape police said.

Dingaane Caza was waiting outside a house in Bharu Street, 
Wallacedene, when he was shot in the chest and neck, said 
Inspector Bernadine Steyn.

His assailant ran away, leaving him to die on the scene.

Police will try to establish a motive for the killing while they 
investigate.
