Taxi operator killed in Clarendon

A 36-year-old man was found dead Monday night in his car in a cane field 
in Raymond's District in Clarendon.

The dead man has been identified as Owen Johnson otherwise called 
"Dwayne" a taxi operator of New Village in Hayes.

It is reported that sometime after 10 Monday night explosions were heard 
in an area known as Land Lease.

When the police went to the scene, Mr. Johnson was seen slumped over 
the steering wheel of his white Toyota motorcar with what appeared to be 
gunshot wounds.
