Taxi operator killed in downtown Kingston

A taxi operator was killed by two gunmen on Orange Street in 
Kingston Sunday night.

He is 37-year-old Harville Oakley otherwise called "Wongsta" of 
Hillside Crescent, Kingston 2.

It is reported that about 11 o'clock, Mr. Oakley was beside his 
cab on Orange Street when he was approached by the two 
gunmen who demanded money.

When their demand was not met, they pulled guns and opened 
fire killing Mr. Oakley on the spot.

The police were called and the body removed to the morgue for 
post mortem.

The police say they are looking for a man known as Rambo of a 
Matthews Lane address for questioning in connection with the 
incident.
