Get Ready for Bloomsday!

As you may already know, June 16th is "Bloomsday", named in honour of Leopold Bloom, one of the principal characters in James Joyce's celebrated novel Ulysses.

If you happen to get one of the legion of Joyce fanatics in your cab on June 16th, the mere mention of "Bloomsday" might just earn you an extra tip.

Or maybe putting up a little sign with a "Happy Bloomsday" greeting on it will do the trick.

Of course, some of you won't be satisfied with a simple greeting on the dashboard. For those of you who want to engage the Joyceans on their own turf, at least for the duration of a cab trip, this web site is intended to help you keep up your end of the conversation.
