Age of Killers / Tables

The following tables and graph shows the ages of 161 killers who were convicted of the homicide (murder or manslaughter) of 114 cab drivers.

The first table shows the total numbers of killers at each age.

The graph shows total number of killers in various multi-year groupings. It reveals that 72 percent of these homicides were perpetrated by killers aged 25 years old or younger.

The second table lists the age of killers by name of victim, with links to the corresponding driver profiles.

This table contains the following information.

  • Name -- Name of the victim linked to his or her profile.
  • Age -- Age of the killer.
  • Gender -- Gender of the killer (Male or Female).
  • Homicide conviction (e.g., murder, manslaughter).
  • Sentence. Initial sentence. In some cases sentences were later reduced or increased or dismissed. In cases of life sentences the number in brackets indicates the number of years until eligible for parole (e.g., "Life (25)".
